This is why we are confident in the exceptional effectiveness and friendliness of our mattresses, as well as their quality, unparalleled functionality, and durability. We personally guarantee that each mattress comes with a genuine warranty of 5, 8, or even 10 years, depending on its category.
YEARS OF WARRANTY
If a defect occurs within the warranty period, despite proper use of the mattress, Dreamco ensures prompt repair. After the initial 5 years, and for longer warranties, the customer may participate in the cost of repair or replacement, with indicative rates of 30% up to the 7th year, 60% up to the 8th year, and 80% up to the 10th year.
NOTE:
The warranty applies only in cases where the mattress is used and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines. The warranty cannot cover wear and damage caused by user negligence, such as improper use, placement on unsuitable surfaces, use of improper support, folding, exposure to moisture, damage from organic stains, exposure to heat (such as ironing), etc., as indicated below or in the product’s accompanying information material. For out-of-warranty repairs, Dreamco will restore the mattress in coordination with the buyer, but the cost will be borne exclusively by the buyer.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Proper transport and handling of the mattress help protect it from damage and keep it in good condition for an even longer period. In any case, caring for our mattress also means caring for the preservation of ideal sleep quality.
We take care of our mattress during transport
During transport, we ensure our mattress is protected to avoid any accidents that may stain or damage it, such as folding it, for example.
Our mattress needs to breathe
The mattress is delivered packaged, so it's recommended to let it "breathe" after removing it from its packaging and before placing it in position and covering it with a protective cover or sheets. This allows it to regain its properties.
We place our mattress on a proper base
The ideal conditions that allow our new mattress to provide its beneficial qualities for restful and enjoyable sleep are ensured by placing it on a proper, preferably new, base. Placing it on a worn frame or old slats could cause permanent damage to the mattress.
We take care of the handles
The handles on our mattress are designed to help with small adjustments when it is already in place, not to support its entire weight by lifting it from them.
We do not remove the mattress labels
The labels contain information about the mattress's characteristics and construction, and they are also part of the warranty. For this reason, it’s best not to remove them.
We allow an adjustment period
Our body has memory, so a new mattress will feel like a fresh, different experience. We give our body the time it needs to adjust to the new conditions and enjoy the rest that the new mattress provides.
The "enemies" of mattress care
The mattress is not designed for washing, ironing, shaking, or steam cleaning. These practices can cause even irreversible damage. Instead, a clean vacuum cleaner is ideal for its cleaning.
We do not stand on the mattress
The mattress should not be used as a trampoline, even by small children. Additionally, heavy objects should not be placed on its surface.
We use a protective cover
A protective cover is the ideal way to keep our mattress clean and ensure its longevity and maximum performance of its features. We make sure to always choose the appropriate protective covers.
We avoid damp areas
We do not place our mattress in areas where there is a risk of moisture, as this can damage the hygiene, structure, and characteristics of the mattress even irreparably.
We flip it over
To maintain the balance of the mattress structure, we ensure to rotate it every 3-4 months along both the horizontal and vertical axes alternately. If our mattress is dual-sided, we always make sure that the handles are on the side edges after each rotation.
We air out the mattress
Every 6 months, it's good to place our mattress for a while in a dry, clean area that gets sunlight to achieve ideal ventilation.
